How does the free migration work?
Order a yearly plan and send us your current hosting login. We move the files, database, email and SSL, test the copy on a temporary address, then switch DNS. Your site stays online the whole time. It usually takes 24-48 hours.
Where are the servers physically located?
In Helsinki, Finland. EU territory, EU data protection rules.
Is SSL really free for all domains?
Yes, for every domain and subdomain on your account, with automatic renewal. Nothing extra to pay.
What is the cPanel license and why is it "free with us"?
cPanel is the control panel you use to manage files, email and databases. The license retails for about €26/mo. We pay for it; for you it's part of the plan.
How do backups work?
Backups run automatically and are stored off-site, in a different data center. If the server physically failed, your data survives. We restore from backup whenever you need it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans simply don't renew. Yearly plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: full refund and a free move back to your old host. After 30 days the plan runs to the end of its period and never renews without notice. EU consumers also keep the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, see the withdrawal page.
Do prices include VAT?
No, all listed prices exclude VAT. VAT (21%) is added at checkout and shown as a separate line on your invoice.
